SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Program/Project Manager III.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is currently seeking Program Managers. Program Managers are concerned with the overall project planning, direction and successof major projects, systems development efforts, and research or technologyinitiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency's needs.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for the overall project definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans.
- Responsible for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach.
- Defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
- Establishment and control of technical milestones and costs.
- Oversees projects to ensure that activities are executed in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize delays.
- Meets with project team members on regular basis to review program status and plan future actions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or Business.
Experience: 15 years of experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Programs/Projects such as Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support.
- At least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and N6523625R3001 Attachment 19
procedures. - Five (5) years as manager of In-Service-Engineering-Agent (ISEA) type support for maritime PNT systems or similar systems.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
