Our team executes various Programs that design operating models, provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches.
Job Summary
As a member of the Projects and Business Innovation Support Team, you will manage the development and delivery of new functionality, collaborating with partners across Bankers, Advisors, Client Service, Operations, Technology, Business Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. You'll play a key role in shaping user experience and aligning product strategy with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of new features and products in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Drive development and implementation of new functionality, ensuring alignment with product strategy and user experience.
- Plan and coordinate testing of new functionality and regression testing.
- Provide project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, plan, manage, and execute projects through engagement with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, and Risk.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years' product or project management experience within financial services (bank, fund administrator, or financial institution across multiple jurisdictions).
- Ability to think strategically when implementing new features or products globally.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Highly disciplined, self-starter, able to execute assignments independently.
- High level of integrity.

- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, technology, and corporate functions.
