Description
Job Responsibilities- Clearly understand and be able to communicate all the capabilities of the Digital sales department.
 - Receive completed RFP's (request for proposals) and IO's (insertion orders) from sales and DBS and correctly input them properly with vendors and in dashboards.
 - Relationship and trust building with our advertisers, along with client knowledge.
 - Work with DBS and Digital Strategy Manager on execution of campaigns. Gather and proof all materials. Work with all parties until directions are clear and complete.
 - Work with 3rd party vendors organizing and supplying them all needed art, copy, links, and necessary materials to run a successful campaign. Build UTM codes and ensure correct ad tag placement when needed.
 - Monitor progress of projects. Watch and stick to deadlines and help assure that campaigns start and end on time.
 - Prioritize workload to ensure deadline as met.
 - Work with Digital Strategy Manager and DBS to revise, create and implement new processes as needed.
 - Learn strategy recommendations for campaigns in development.
 - Organize and work with vendors to monitor campaign delivery for all types of Digital campaigns and communicate relevant metrics or perceived issues to Digital Strategy Manager and DBS.
 - Utilize statistics from vendor dashboards and Google Analytics to develop and provide client facing, regular, monthly campaign recaps and additional recaps and reports as assigned or needed.
 - Recaps include analyzing impressions, click throughs, conversions, Google Analytics statistics, and additional metrics.
 - Attend trainings on a regular basis to keep up with new digital trends and products.
 - Work cooperatively and collaboratively with digital and sales departments. Build working relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors and the general public. Act in a professional manner when representing 2060 Digital
 - Satisfactorily complete other duties and special projects as needed or assigned.
 - Report to work on time and work established schedule/hours. Be able to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed, as assigned and needed.
 
Physical Requirements
Sits, stands, and walks on a regular basis. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to hear clearly. Dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other controls and office equipment. Requires the ability to think critically, analyze data, notice trends and to articulate information in clear, concise manner to others.
Working Environment
Works in professional, collaborative team environment with a number of members. We have a hybrid work environment, with in-office time being about 60% of the week.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, organizational and coordination skills.
 - Strong attention to detail.
 - Strong written and oral communication skills.
 - Strong interpersonal skills.
 - Knowledge of Digital Advertising including PPC, SEO, Website design, Display ads, E-Mail, Mobile and Video.
 - Ability and willingness to learn additional assets and tools.
 - Computer proficiency and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
 - Experience working as a team member.
 - Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals.
 - Ability to take initiative but also follow direction when needed.
 - Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations.
 - 1-2 years experience in an administrative role a plus.
 - BA, BS, or equivalent experience.
