Paid internship with the Island Habitat Owners Association Board of Directors and a selected vendor on a project. Expected to last two months, 2 or 2.5 hrs. a week. The position is not a direct hire position but a temporary one.
Requirements
Associate level or working on Associate level certification. Ability to track and manage residential unit inspections and work with the Board president and the electrical vendor doing repairs. Report out the data weekly to the Board, with a liaison to the City of Mercer Island inspections. Board provides owner log data that will need to be updated during the course of the project. Interim and final reports to be compiled in a cloud folder.
